We are looking for installers for international data center projects. If you are not held back by your current position, would you be interested in a versatile role working at various sites and in international data center projects? In this position you will help build telecommunications infrastructure for AI data centers, work in different working environments, and peek behind the scenes that only a few get to see. The client is a Finnish growth company that carries out cabling and network installations for significant data center projects and for other demanding environments. The employment is with Visio Sähkö Oy, but there is a good chance to move directly to our client company later. The role does not require any specific background; what matters is your attitude and flexibility, since projects are hectic and long days are common, so this is not a vacation assignment. The job involves data cabling and equipment installation in a data center environment. The hands-on work requires accuracy and finger dexterity. You will need good routine tolerance as the processes are well defined, but each site is unique and technology is constantly evolving. You will stay at the cutting edge and learn new practices as methods and technologies change. Work is largely on a contract basis. Working days and hours may vary by project and work can also be done on weekends. Projects last from a few months to several months. Work is typically done in 2–3 week project blocks, followed by a rest period spent in Finland. We are seeking candidates willing to travel, but the job site may also be in Finland. Travel assignments are usually done with a team. If you are a electrical installer, telecom installer, or have experience in construction, those are obviously helpful.
