We are seeking personal assistants for the Ylivieska area. As a personal assistant you support clients in daily tasks and leisure activities. The persons assisted need help due to illness or injury, and tasks are always determined by the individual support needs of the client. Work may involve household chores, errands, outdoor activities and other daily support tasks. A driving license and access to your own car are prerequisites for the job. What does a framework agreement mean at Onni? It enables gig-type work without a fixed hourly commitment. Shifts are offered through the DomaCare system, from which you can choose the shifts that suit you best. Work is available on weekdays and weekends, in morning and evening shifts. Wages and other terms are determined in accordance with the private social services collective agreement. Before starting shifts you receive proper induction, and if needed support during work is available. Employment relationship is created for each agreed and accepted shift.
