Warehouse Worker

We are looking for a warehouse worker for a production environment in a metal industry company in Nurmijärvi. The work involves collecting, packing, and palletizing metal products in indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as moving finished loads by hand and with forklifts. All heaviest lifts are done with machine assistance and we hope for a work-safety-oriented way of working, preferably a bit slower than rushing to finish. In this workplace, sawing of metal products is also done and if you wish, it can be part of your work at some point, but basically, a person with warehouse skills or aiming to become one is sought. To succeed in the task, you need a proactive attitude, enthusiasm for work and a desire to learn new things. Previous experience in warehouse work or the metal industry is an advantage in this task, in addition, you need the ability to tolerate routine and a safe working approach. Large and heavy pipes and plates are handled in the work, so if the mere thought of a large steel pipe terrifies you, this may not be the job of your dreams. Work is done on weekdays in two shifts, alternating weeks between 6 am and 10 pm. Remuneration is based on the Technology Industry collective agreement, remuneration according to your experience €2300-2400/month. Extras according to the collective agreement.
