Job Description As a Gas Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of either gas filling stations or biogas plants as part of a close-knit expert team, depending on your previous experience and skills. The work is independent and responsible, consisting mostly of practical field work and technical cooperation with customers. You will work with biogas plants or gas filling stations, depending on your previous experience and skills. Most of your working time will be spent in the field, but you will also handle necessary reporting and plan follow-up actions. - Preventive and corrective maintenance as well as various installation works in the field - Troubleshooting, problem solving, and working with processes and field equipment - Monitoring customer systems and reacting to anomalies - Technical reporting and planning of follow-up actions - Acting as a technical expert in customer meetings - Cooperation with equipment manufacturers We are looking for - Expertise in electrical or machine automation - Experience in industrial maintenance - Practical experience in the maintenance of biogas plants or gas filling stations - Understanding of ATEX and knowledge of explosive atmospheres - Fluent skills in Finnish and English - Class B driver's license and the ability to move in the field We value if you have - Knowledge of compressor technology and biogas compressors - Large and/or small refrigerant licenses - Knowledge of pressure equipment and burner expertise - Class C driver's license To succeed in the role, you have: - A systematic approach to work - Good communication and teamwork skills - A desire to work collaboratively in a small team Recruitment Process Academic Work is handling this search on behalf of its client, who requests that all questions regarding the position be directed to Academic Work.
