User Retention Specialist - Airalo - Remote - Global

Airalo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Retention Specialist to join our team. As a User Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement, reduce churn, and maximize user retention. This position requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in user retention, specifically within performance-focused businesses. Responsibilities include developing and executing user retention strategies, conducting data analysis, implementing retention campaigns using CRM tools like Clevertap, Braze, Moengage, developing customer segmentation strategies, monitoring retention metrics, testing and optimizing initiatives, and staying updated on industry trends. Must have 4+ years of experience in user retention, knowledge of retention use cases, hands-on experience with CRM and retention tools, a data-driven mindset, and a proactive learning attitude. Good to have experience in tech, travel, or telecommunications industries, Clevertap experience, and awareness of user acquisition and retention synergy.
