Process Operator

Lahti Energia is seeking a Process Operator for the Kymijärvi power plants to join their shift organization ensuring reliable and efficient energy production. The role involves diverse operational tasks both in the control room and in the field, including plant driving responsibilities, operating process facilities, and maintaining plant operations according to driving plans. The operator also participates in equipment maintenance and annual services as needed. The work is primarily shift-based with 12-hour shifts. Successful candidates will have a responsible and active approach to work, strong cooperation skills, and fluent Finnish. Previous experience in a power plant environment is required. A power plant operator's degree and experience in operating power plants are considered an advantage. The position is a permanent role in a growing energy company, focusing on the operational reliability of critical regional infrastructure.
