We are looking for PRACTICAL NURSES to support families in Vantaa and Kerava! You can choose your own working area. In family home services, you will take care of our client families' children in their own homes. You will support the smooth running of the families' daily lives and the well-being of the parents. Through your work, you will help prevent and alleviate the problems of children and families as early as possible. We offer work according to your own life situation, in families that suit you. Generally, your shift in a family lasts 2-4 hours at a time. Work is available on weekdays between 7:00 and 21:00, and on Saturdays between 8:00 and 18:00. You can choose when you want to work! Ideally, you could commit to at least one of our client families for about 2-3 months. We are happy to employ you more full-time, although the work is hourly-based. If you wish, you can work a shift in, for example, two different families on the same day. The work mainly takes place in our client families' own homes and their surroundings, in various parts of Vantaa and Kerava. WE OFFER YOU: YOU WILL RECEIVE: €16.36 per hour + evening and weekend bonuses according to the private social services sector collective agreement (TES). We also pay a transition bonus for each transition during your workday if you work in several families on the same day. We provide comprehensive paid orientation for your work and the opportunity for regular training and professional development. Additionally, you will have access to statutory occupational health care and accident insurance. We also provide emergency first aid training for critical situations. Your supervisor Anna will support you in your independent work whenever necessary! We also have a referral bonus. If you recommend Sivina Hoivanetti as a workplace to an acquaintance and the recommendation leads to recruitment, we will pay you a €50 referral bonus. WE EXPECT FROM YOU: A degree as a PRACTICAL NURSE or another suitable degree in the social or health sector (child guidance, childcare, home caregiver) and professional experience working with children and families. You are proactive and work independently and self-directedly. You speak and write good Finnish. PLEASE, NOTE! In this position, good written and spoken skills in FINNISH are required in this position! You must also have at least one reference from previous employment with children and a clean criminal record for working with children. The person selected for the position must present to the employer a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act. The position requires registration in Valvira's central register of professionals.
