We are seeking guides for Lapland's winter season 2026–2027. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-service oriented guides for Lapland's magical winter! The job is located in mountainous scenery and your task is to lead programs for groups of various sizes. Programs can include, for example, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice-floating, husky safaris, and other Lapland experiences. A typical day starts after breakfast and programs run throughout the day, sometimes into the evening. Guides work both independently and as a team, depending on group size. There will be outdoor work, Lapland's winter cold, and an international atmosphere - but above all joy for our customers! The job is full-time shift work, 120 hours per 3 weeks. The contract is temporary, starting during November and lasting until around Easter. The contract is made with Henkilöstöliiga. What we expect? We are generally looking for an experienced applicant, but there may be a need for a couple of assisting guides. - Good interaction skills and customer-service mindset - Willingness to work outdoors in cold conditions - Sufficient basic fitness - At least English language skills – knowledge of other languages is a plus - Previous experience in program services or similar is advantageous - First aid skills are a plus Education is not mandatory but will be considered advantageous.
