HVAC Site Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HVAC Site Manager for maintenance services for our client. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth progress of maintenance and upkeep work and will work in close cooperation with customers, installers, and other stakeholders. Job Description In your work, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and daily management of HVAC maintenance work. You will handle scheduling, resource organization, and ensure that projects progress with quality and safety. Additionally, you will serve as the contact person for customers and participate in the preparation of offers and work documentation as needed. Main Responsibilities * Site management of HVAC maintenance and upkeep work * Daily guidance of installers and organization of work * Scheduling of tasks and resource planning * Communication with customers and partners * Coordination of materials and supplies procurement * Ensuring work quality, safety, and documentation * Participation in cost calculation and offer preparation as needed Requirements * Suitable education in the HVAC field or equivalent expertise * Experience in the HVAC industry and site management roles * Good organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks * Proactive and solution-oriented approach * Class B driver's license Considered an Advantage * Experience in HVAC maintenance services * Sales-oriented mindset * Knowledge of building technology and maintenance * Experience in coordinating contract or maintenance work We Offer * A versatile and responsible role in HVAC maintenance * Opportunity to utilize and develop your professional skills * A professional work community and varied tasks Salary The salary range for the position is approximately €3,800-5,500/month, depending on experience.
