Store Salesperson

Salesperson for Elisa's store! We are seeking two salespeople for our client Elisa Oyj's store in Lielahti, Tampere; the work area covers the Tampere economic region. The position requires flexibility and readiness to work in other Elisa stores in the Tampere area. In your daily work, you will focus on the active sale of Elisa's products and services to private customers in the store. The work is omni-channel: you will serve customers face-to-face, by phone, and through other sales and service channels. The role also includes outreach to various operating environments according to customer needs. Additionally, you will participate in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store. The work consists of varied shift work according to the store's opening hours, including weekends. What kind of person will succeed in this position? - Outgoing and bold in customer encounters - Goal-oriented and motivated for sales work - Solution-oriented and proactive - Flexible and adaptable to different situations - Desire to develop as a team member and achieve goals - Desire to grow and develop as a salesperson - Previous experience in customer service or goal-oriented sales work is desirable - You are of legal age - You work fluently in Finnish and English in sales and customer service tasks. Other language skills are considered an advantage. What do we offer you? - Working hours 20 h/week, we hope for flexibility in availability - possibility for extra hours! - The employment contract is open-ended.
