Early childhood educator

We are seeking a child care professional for early childhood education at Norlandia Lumi. You are the person who hears, sees, and is truly present in the everyday life of children. You are a professional in early childhood education who builds an environment that allows for learning, wonder, and collaborative activity. You will support children's growth, play, exploration, and discovery in everyday situations, work naturally with your group and families to ensure a calm and coherent day, participate in planning and developing activities, and take responsibility for ensuring that activities progress in a way suitable for children and support their learning.
