Project Manager (MEP)

Role: Project Manager MEP on-site. Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Contract Type: 18 Months Scope of work - Freelance/ Consultant contract. Package: Rotation Start Date: Immediate Company Overview: Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, high-value data centre projects across Europe. As part of a major new-build data centre programme in Sweden, we are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with a strong electrical background to join the site delivery team on a rotational basis. Role: As MEP Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing scope of works on-site whilst managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety, compliance with Swedish regulations whilst keeping the project on time and in budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full MEP package Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) Managing a team including Project Managers, Package Managers and Supervisors for each discipline Coordinating and communicating with design, commercial, QA/QC, Safety, end client and other stakeholders Manage subcontractors international and local Attend multi company construction meetings Management of the CX phase. Requirements: Degree Engineering mechanical or electrical 3+ Years’ experience in managing Data Center Projects 10+ Years in Project / Construction Management Fluent in English with Full EU Passport If interested please apply today.
