Service Designer

We are seeking a Service Designer for Kajaani Mamselli Administrative Services for a permanent, full-time employment contract starting September 1, 2026, or as agreed. We are looking for a development-oriented expert with strong expertise in cleaning and a desire to participate in developing municipal sector cleaning services, quality management, and service processes. A suitable university degree is required for the position. In addition, we require the selected person to have strong expertise in cleaning as well as experience in developing cleaning services or work management. Success in the role requires good cooperation and interaction skills, as the work involves close collaboration with various stakeholders. We value the ability to work independently and to implement development tasks in a planned and goal-oriented manner. Additionally, we expect the applicant to have good IT skills to support the smooth handling of work and the development of services. Knowledge of cleaning quality management, dimensioning, and operational management systems is valued. We also value procurement expertise as well as communication and training skills that support cooperation with staff, customers, and other stakeholders. A customer-oriented approach to development and a desire to develop operations collaboratively and continuously improve service quality will promote success in the position. Remuneration is according to KVTES, office working hours 36.25 h/week. Priority in filling the position will be given to employees of the City of Kajaani who have been terminated or put on part-time work, provided they meet the eligibility requirements for the position.
