Electrical Distribution Network Designer

Design work includes electrical and civil planning for overhead and underground cable networks, negotiating permits with landowners and authorities, and preparing work documents and material lists. The role is autonomous and involves fieldwork; duties may also include distribution network inspections, installation work, and being on-call for fault maintenance, within the candidate’s qualifications and as agreed. The position requires a suitable educational background in electrical engineering or equivalent, some industry experience, and good IT skills. You will interact with landowners and various stakeholders, so communication and negotiation skills are important. Proficiency in Finnish is required in the work environment.
