Come do versatile and meaningful work in primary healthcare! We are now looking for a CARE ASSISTANT for elderly residential services for a fixed-term employment contract. We want you to feel comfortable and well with us. In Posio, residential services for the elderly are provided by the 24-hour service housing unit Valmankoti and the community housing unit Suvanto. The goal is to provide residents with individual care and nursing that supports independence and is tailored to their condition and needs, according to the principles of a rehabilitative approach. We hope for: - At least a care assistant qualification; practical nurse students will also be considered in the application process - Good interaction skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team - A desire to learn and develop as a nursing professional and participate in the development of nursing work - Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care The work requires vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act. Remuneration is determined according to the collective agreement for the private social services sector. The position is fixed-term until September 13th.
