Property Caretaker

We are looking for a long-term client PROPERTY CARETAKER for a permanent employment relationship in Tampere Work is full-time, 37.5 h/week. Working hours are weekdays between 7:00 and 15:00. The job description may also include on-call shifts and associated evening and weekend work. On-call duty is according to agreement, approximately every 3-5 weeks. The job description includes particularly versatile indoor property maintenance tasks. Depending on expertise, the job description also includes seasonal outdoor work (performed with machinery). Indoor work includes, among other things: - unclogging drains - bleeding radiators - replacing filters and lamps - timing various clocks - replacing faucet gaskets and toilet bowl gaskets and interiors - changing names on doors and resident directories Outdoor work may include: - opening doors - flagging - brushing door areas - waste collection rounds - operating property maintenance machinery (e.g., Wille, wheel loader, trimmer, string trimmer, etc.) - during the winter season, small manual snow removal, sanding, and ice removal Work begins immediately upon finding a suitable person as a leased employment relationship through StaffPoint. Salary is according to agreement, considering previous experience. The salary is approximately between 13-15 €/h. Our client uses the property services industry collective agreement (TES).
