Inspector de Calidad ensures the product meets customer requirements by on-floor verifications within the designated time, filling reports and notifying when any quality issue is detected in the product and/or process based on experience. Main Activities and Responsibilities: The activities may vary by site; essential functions include: Visual release of the first piece at shift start and mold changes; Verify and record injection machine parameters at start and mid-shift to ensure process stability; Validate incoming raw materials quality and perform final inspection of finished product before final output (dock audit); Conduct continuous material inspections based on visual aids and acceptance limits; Use of vernier for release of first pieces; Identify, segregate and count nonconforming product (Scrap), ensuring proper identification to prevent mixing; Stop production lines when critical defects are detected that risk batch quality or customer requirements; Fill technical reports and logbooks for each inspection stage; Maintain order and cleanliness under 5s in assigned area; Support extraordinary activities within scope contributing to quality department goals. Requirements include minimum 3 years in quality and 1 year in automotive sector plastic injection quality; Basic measuring tools and reading visual aids; Attention to detail and visual acuity; Decision-making based on technical criteria; Urgency and assertive communication; Ability to analyze defects; Use of Excel; 2D drawings interpretation.

- Support additional quality department tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience of at least 3 years in the quality area and 1 year in quality in automotive plastic injection
