We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Able Seamen and Deck Maintenance Workers for permanent employment. The starting position is on the Baltic Princess. Tasks and responsibilities: - Loading and unloading, maintenance, and repair work - Vessel mooring and unmooring operations - Maintenance and cleaning tasks - Watchkeeping and assigned duties on the bridge - Knowledge of and adherence to procedures according to the safety management system - Participation in and leading safety drills - Fire and safety rounds Requirements: - Able Seaman certificate of competency - Proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats STCW A-VI/2.1 - Basic Safety Training STCW A-VI/1 - Security Awareness STCW A-VI/6.2 or higher - Seafarer's medical certificate, including a drug test - Passport - Fluent skills in Finnish and English - Fast Rescue Boat STCW A-VI/2.2 is considered an advantage; training will be provided if necessary - Water treatment and potable water certifications, as well as Bosun's qualifications, will be considered when evaluating suitability We offer you: - A professional team - Interesting, versatile, and challenging work - A relaxed, international, and inspiring working atmosphere - Comprehensive occupational health care - Good employment benefits - A competitive salary Apply for the position using the attached application form promptly, but no later than 30.8.2026.
