We invite you to read more about us: https://www.balanssi.name/isannointi.html We are seeking for Balanssi a new ISÄNNÖITSIJÄÄ (isännöitsijä) in a permanent employment relationship. In this role you will take care of the management and administrative tasks for housing associations of various sizes. We also expect: experience as a housing manager; good communication and cooperation skills and a service-oriented attitude; stress tolerance and flexibility in changing situations; knowledge of the real estate sector; fluent IT skills and experience with office software. Desirable: commercial or technical education; industry professional qualification. If you have technical know-how and an interest in the technical questions of properties, there is also the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as a technical property manager. Tasks may include coordinating maintenance and renovation needs, supervising technical inspections and condition assessments, and planning energy efficiency matters.
