Security Guard

We are looking for local guards for permanent, part-time employment at a data center and data center construction site in Hamina. This international site offers an interesting environment to learn and experience new tasks. You are in a key position to meet our customers with professionalism and a good service attitude. Customer service, a positive attitude and commitment to the work are central to success in the job. In the position, you will operate as part of a large team whose common goal is to secure the customer's personnel and property. Your duties include, among other things, inspection rounds, opening doors, escorting tasks and other guard duties. We offer you extensive training for the position and after a training period conducted by trainers, you will always have the support of a local supervisor on site. We are therefore looking for more friendly team players who fit in terms of personal characteristics. The work is shift work and is carried out mainly in 8 or 12 hour shifts. What we expect from you We value our employees' customer-oriented and brisk attitude, as well as previous experience in customer service tasks. Good interaction skills and perseverance are also essential in this position. We require a minimum age of 18 and a clean background. Fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English and the ability to do shift work including night and weekend shifts. We consider as an advantage other language skills previous work experience and training in the security sector, especially in security inspection tasks a valid guard card is considered an advantage, but we will train you if necessary mastery of the Google Workspace environment (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheet, Meet) Selected persons for the tasks are required to have a passed health check, which also includes a drug test.
