Finla Työterveys Oy is looking for an occupational physiotherapist for a multidisciplinary team in the Pirkanmaa region for a full-time position. Your key tasks will be: - Daily duties of an occupational physiotherapist, such as prevention of musculoskeletal symptoms and health promotion, work ability assessments, health screenings, monitoring rehabilitation, and group guidance - Promoting the work and functional capacity of personnel in assigned client companies together with the rest of the team - Participating as a team member in the planning and development of operations - Close cooperation with client companies We expect a degree in physiotherapy (UAS) or equivalent expertise. Specialized training in occupational health care is considered an advantage. We also expect excellent customer service skills, a solution-oriented approach, an independent and enthusiastic work ethic, teamwork skills, and a continuous desire to develop. Skills in measuring physical performance as well as ergonomics and work ability projects are also seen as an advantage.
