We are recruiting an Account Manager for the Nanten coating business unit to cover the Southern Finland region. The main responsibility is to manage architect and designer collaboration in Southern Finland and with regional account managers elsewhere in Finland. You will be part of a knowledgeable sales team and will help increase awareness of Nanten floor coatings within your customer segment. You report to the Sales Director of the Nanten business. Recruitment is handled by Adecco. The role is based at the Fescon Tuusula factory with flexibility for travel to Southern Finland; a hybrid work model is in place.

Requirements
- Strong collaboration with architects and designers
- Experience in construction materials or coatings is preferred
- Customer-focused and proactive with good communication skills
- Good problem-solving and presentation abilities
- English and other languages are a plus
