Coala is a consulting company specialising in enterprise architecture, ICT architecture and process development, and it also offers training in these areas. Client assignments are varied: you may, for example, help clients define and select a new CRM system or solve problems relating to an HR process. At the beginning, you will always have a more experienced colleague with you on client projects, providing support in client work. Coala Oy serves organisations of many different sizes and across public and private sectors. As a consultant, you will work with several clients. Coala’s clients are typically large organisations, such as listed companies, government agencies or institutions, and other public-sector organisations, including those in the social and healthcare sector. Assignments may last a few months or longer. The consultant’s role is always also shaped around their own interests. The work follows a hybrid model: at Coala, employees work from the office one or two days a week, and, depending on client projects, at client premises when needed. Duties - Developing situational overviews in workshops and facilitating workshops. - Various planning and specification tasks using architectural methods, including producing architecture descriptions. - Working as part of the client’s architecture team. - Providing guidance on architectural methods and helping put them into practice. We are looking for - An educational background suitable for the role, for example in a technical or natural-science field, mathematics, information management or a related area. - Experience with projects or operational development. - Curiosity and interest in clients’ activities. - Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English. Previous work experience in client-facing roles or ICT projects is considered an advantage. Studies focused on logical reasoning, such as a mathematics degree, are an advantage in information modelling.
