We are seeking for the Western Finland open services unit in Satakunta AN ON-CALL INSTRUCTOR (UAS) for family work and intensive family work in a fixed-term hourly employment contract until March 31, 2027. Perhepalvelut Ruori provides family work services and professional support person services in Satakunta. Your job description as an open services instructor: - You work in a client-oriented manner with the family in their everyday life, at the family's home - You support families in their daily lives and participate in everyday activities with the family - You plan and schedule your own work according to client visits agreed upon with the clients - The work is mainly independent, but may also involve pair work when necessary In family work, interaction between family members is supported, and attention is paid to positive resources and opportunities. The goal is to secure the child's growth conditions, prevent intergenerational problems, and keep the family together. Parents are supported concretely and through various methods in everyday management skills and parenting. The job description may include family work, intensive family work, or the work of a professional support person. The position is fixed-term hourly work, where the number of hours varies according to need. The position is suitable as part-time work. The position follows a period-based working time, which may include evening and weekend work. The employment relationship follows the collective agreement for the private social services sector. What are we looking for? We require a university degree in social or health care (UAS). You could be, for example, a nurse or a social worker. Due to the nature and responsibility of the work, we expect at least one year of experience in child welfare work or other work with children and families. The work is mobile and client visits take place at the families' homes, so a driver's license and the possibility of using your own car are essential. Client visits are located in the Satakunta wellbeing services county.
