Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a permanent maintenance technician for electric and automation maintenance at Mäntsälä plant. The role focuses on electrical and automation maintenance but also includes mechanical maintenance tasks and participation in production development and investment projects. Duties include preventive maintenance, fault finding and repair, periodic inspections and tests of electrical and automation equipment, mechanical servicing and repair work, equipment improvements and modernizations, development and project tasks in maintenance, and ensuring operation of the plant’s safety and fire protection systems. Requirements include experience in industrial maintenance, suitable technical education in electricity/automation/electronics or related field, ability to read technical drawings, and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach with a drive for continuous improvement; S2 electrical qualification is an asset.
