Valmennusosaamisen kehittäjä (VOK) will lead the coaching education and development efforts at EIF. The role focuses on developing coaches, coordinating training programs, and implementing the coaching pathway in line with Palloliitto guidelines. The position requires UEFA C license, strong Finnish and English, and willingness to travel between club locations. The contract is full-time, initially fixed-term to 31 December 2028. Responsibilities
- Lead coach education and development
- Plan, deliver and develop internal coach trainings
- Organize starter and age-group coach trainings with Palloliitto
- Coordinate goalkeeper coach trainings with club experts
- Onboard coaches and support continuous learning
- Develop EIF coaching pathway across all ages
- Implement Palloliitto coaching pathway guidelines in the club
- Support coaches in daily work through mentoring and feedback
- Evaluate and improve coaching quality with coaching managers
- Maintain coach education registry
- Ensure reporting per Palloliitto criteria
- Collaborate with Palloliitto
- Contribute to club sports development
Requirements
- Experience in football coaching
- UEFA C coaching licence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- IT skills and documentation
- Ability to organize and lead multiple projects
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Swedish a plus
