Registered Nurse

Working as a nurse in a local hospital requires broad nursing expertise, as the follow-up care includes patients from many different specialties. The nurse's duties include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in cooperation with the patient, their relatives, and the health center hospital's multidisciplinary team. Close cooperation is maintained with specialized medical care, home care, and residential services to facilitate patient care and discharge. Your place of assignment at the start of employment will be the Lempäälä local hospital, which has 27 patient beds. Patients primarily arrive from urgent care clinics, Acusta, or Valkeakoski emergency services, or are transferred for follow-up care from specialized medical care. The start date for the fixed-term position is August 17, 2026, and it will last until May 30, 2027. The probationary period is half the duration of the employment. The working hours are full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning, evening, and night shifts. The selected candidate must present the required health certificates within one month of starting work.
