Electrical Engineer

Join the project team at the Kittilä mine as an Electrical Engineer. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering mining investment projects, directing project electrical design, and ensuring technical quality of implementation. Your duties include defining technical requirements for electrical systems, guiding and approving design, supervising installation, commissioning and testing with maintenance, and ensuring compliance with standards and electrical safety regulations. You will collaborate with maintenance and production on connections and outages. The position is permanent and day-shift; presence at the mine site in Kiistala is normally required, with remote work possible about 1–2 days per week. We expect: prior experience in electrical design in an industrial environment; a degree in electrical engineering; knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards; fluent Finnish and English.
