We are seeking a Senior UX Designer for the LiveOps Tooling team at Supercell. You will work on turning complex operational workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences for internal LiveOps tools used by game teams to manage live services and content. You will partner with designers, engineers, product managers, and game teams to uncover user needs, validate assumptions, and design solutions that support multiple independent teams. Your responsibilities include owning the end-to-end user experience for internal LiveOps tools, conducting user interviews and workshops, creating information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for data-rich applications, planning usability tests, and collaborating with engineers during implementation. You will also help ensure a high-quality user experience in the final product and continuously improve the UX. What you have includes several years of experience designing web applications for both technical and non-technical users, strong usability and research capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
