Sales Assistant

As a salesperson you are at the front line, sharing Pentik’s wonderful story with customers. The best part of being a salesperson is that every day and every customer interaction is different. In your role you will serve our customers holistically, seeking solutions to their varying needs. You will support decision making with product knowledge and the stories behind the products. You will work with colleagues to ensure our Kuusamo logistics center shipments are unloaded, the store is attractive, tidy and prepared for campaigns. We hope you have a cheerful service attitude, are motivated by sales targets, and can work independently and in a group, as well as in the store alone. You will need Finnish language skills to serve customers in Finnish. If you also want to learn and are enthusiastic, you might be the person we’re looking for! We offer a permanent contract for 15 h/week starting 2 Sep 2026, with shifts within our opening hours, including evenings and weekends. We use a smoothing period and hours are average weekly totals, so expect variation in weekly hours. The work area is the Kuusamo region.
