Tammela early childhood education is seeking a fixed-term early childhood education childcare worker for the period 1.9.2026-18.12.2026. The position is primarily located at Portaan daycare center. We offer you a working environment with moderate group sizes and staff working in teams. We have developed play pedagogy and children's play environments to provide children with points of interest. We operate according to the ProVaka operating model, which focuses on guiding desired behavior. We expect you to be ready to commit to working in a child-friendly municipality, be familiar with pedagogy according to the National Core Curriculum for Early Childhood Education and Care, be ready to commit to the ProVaka operating model and play pedagogy, be interested in collaborating with families, and be a flexible team player. The eligibility requirement for the employment is the qualification of an early childhood education childcare worker. Salary and terms of employment are according to KVTES. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract as required by law (504/02) for those working with children before the start of employment.
