Element Worker

We are currently seeking an element worker for our client to manufacture wooden elements and building modules in Pyhäntä. What does the work involve? Your duties consist of various stages of the manufacture of wooden elements and building modules. Depending on your skills and experience, your tasks may include: - processing of wood materials - assembly and stacking of elements - assisting tasks in production - ensuring a high-quality end result as part of the production team - The work offers diverse tasks and the opportunity to develop your skills in the construction and production industry. What do we expect from you? - We hope that you have previous experience in production, industrial, or construction tasks. We especially value: - a proactive and energetic approach to work - thoroughness and responsibility - a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things - readiness to work in a 2-shift system Ability to read drawings as well as valid occupational safety and hot work cards are considered an advantage. Previous experience is not, however, essential – the most important things are motivation and the desire to learn.
