<p><strong>Do you take responsibility, act on your own initiative and adapt quickly to rapidly changing situations?</strong></p> <p>K-Market Lahela and K-Market Sahankulma in Tuusula are looking for a salesperson for a permanent employment contract who takes action without constant guidance, learns new ways of operating quickly and ensures that things are done qualitatively to the end.</p> <p>You will work in two different stores, so to succeed in the position you must quickly adopt different ways of operating, identify the priorities of work tasks and be able to operate smoothly in both stores. In addition, you will act as a support for the department heads of both stores and, if necessary, as their substitute in holiday and absence situations.</p> <p><strong>What you do – and what you are responsible for</strong></p> <p><strong>Customer service and sales</strong></p> <ul> <li>You meet customers in a genuinely service-minded and solution-oriented manner.</li> <li>You ensure that the customer's visit is smooth and positive in every situation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cashier, parcel services and Wolt picking</strong></p> <ul> <li>You work carefully, efficiently and responsibly.</li> <li>You adopt different work tasks quickly and ensure that the service works even during the busiest moments.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Store functionality</strong></p> <ul> <li>You take responsibility for shelf availability, displays, unloading loads and the general cleanliness of the store.</li> <li>You notice yourself what needs to be done and act actively without constant guidance.</li> <li>You ensure that agreed tasks are completed and the store remains in good condition throughout the shift.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Acting as support for department heads</strong></p> <ul> <li>You act as support for the department heads of both stores in daily activities.</li> <li>In the future, you will act as a substitute for department heads during their absences and ensure that the areas of responsibility function according to plans.</li> </ul> <p>Shifts are according to the stores' opening hours, focusing on evening and weekend shifts. Due to one department head's study leave, the position also includes morning shifts as needed for a fixed period.
