Maanrakennustyöntekijä is a Finnish title for a civil engineering laborer. The role involves performing a range of site and infra construction tasks in close cooperation with an excavator operator. Daily duties include assisting with digging, soil preparation, pipe and cable installation, backfilling and finishing of trenches, and the use of level and pipe lasers to check heights, as well as earth mass leveling and compaction. The ideal candidate has prior experience in infra construction and good reading of drawings. Experience with pipe and cable installations and use of level lasers is an advantage. A valid occupational safety card is required. We value proactive, energetic and responsible work attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
