Practical Nurse

Esperi Hoivakoti Kumpu is seeking two practical nurses for hourly work in Kaarina, Piikkiö. The home provides residential services for 50 elderly and memory-impaired residents, focusing on rehabilitative and participatory care to ensure a meaningful daily life. Key responsibilities include providing basic care according to the resident's needs, supporting and strengthening functional capacity, monitoring and recording well-being, performing RAI assessments, creating service implementation plans, administering medication, and collaborating closely with relatives and other stakeholders. The position is permanent, based on hourly work (0-115h/3 weeks), primarily consisting of 2-shift work.
