Are you the Fingridian we’re looking for to join one of Finland’s best workplaces? We are seeking you to join our Helsinki-based team for the role of Specialist, Reserve Market Services. The position combines customer work, development and the evolving energy sector. We offer a permanent position at the core of the electricity system and markets and a friendly team. In the role you will handle customers of reserve operators as part of the customer team, advance and coordinate reserve projects and change processes, help new customers enter reserve markets, contribute to developing the Reserve Market Services by streamlining service processes and managing customer information, ensure up-to-date market communications, and participate in stakeholder events as Fingrid’s representative. You will anticipate changes in the reserve markets and environment and participate in various projects bringing a customer perspective. You will be part of the Reserve Market Services unit of about ten experts in Fingrid’s Markets operation. We act with a hybrid model and hope to see you at the office 2–3 days a week. The ideal candidate has a suitable university or higher education degree, at least three years of energy sector experience, interest in electricity markets and customer development, fluent Finnish and English, ability to learn new things and build networks, and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience in reserve or electricity markets is a plus. Requirements
- Bachelor or higher university degree

- Fluent Finnish and English both spoken and written
