Customer Advisor for Sanoma Media

The job involves helping a high volume of customers over phone, chat and email, with the phone as the primary tool. The role is fast-paced and goal-driven: you resolve many customer contacts during the day, taking the customer’s needs into account and providing high-quality service. A large part of the role is maintaining and growing customer relationships, helping customers decide to continue their subscriptions, and proactively upselling products and services that genuinely benefit the customer. The team focuses on efficiency, service quality, customer experience and sales targets. You will work with Rainmaker as part of the team of Service Enthusiasts. We offer thorough onboarding and training, support from experienced colleagues and supervisors, a motivating yet supportive work environment, and opportunities to grow in different customer service tasks. The position is hybrid with office presence after onboarding. Salary is 12 €/hour with a bonus-based component linked to efficiency, quality and upselling (approx. 15 €/hour including base).
