Structural Engineer / Project Manager

Would you like to work on projects people will still be talking about decades from now? We are looking for an experienced structural engineer or project manager to strengthen our top team of around 40 experts. We offer you the opportunity to help plan and deliver Finland’s most significant underground spaces, energy infrastructure and the most demanding built-environment projects. In this role, you will not be just another designer. You will be able to influence technical solutions, guide projects and work with leading experts in the field. The role can be shaped around your strengths, whether you are an experienced designer, a project manager or a combination of the two. We help our clients address these challenges by combining deep expertise in rock construction, rock mechanics, geology and structural design. We work on Finland’s most interesting energy, transport and urban-development projects. Our projects are often delivered through alliances, EPCM projects and other demanding forms of collaboration, where our experts have a genuine opportunity to influence the outcome. We are looking for someone with: - A master’s-level degree in structural engineering (DI or YAMK) - At least five years of experience in structural-design work - At least class V qualification for designing concrete structures - Good interpersonal skills - A team-player attitude - A positive, problem-solving approach - Fluent Finnish and good English skills It is an advantage if you have: - Experience with projects delivered using collaborative models - The ability to adapt to a fast-paced project environment - Experience in project management - Experience with sustainable design solutions Tell us more about your strengths in your application so that we can get to know you better!
