The salary is individual and consists of a fixed and performance-based component. Your work and achievement of goals will be monitored regularly. Terms according to the collective agreement. Job Tasks - Leading Leos Leikkimaa in accordance with the company's concept and operating principles together with the unit manager. - Responsible for approximately 35–50 employees. - Daily operations based on Leos Leikkimaa's core principles (safety, service, sales, and cleanliness). - Working towards set goals and key figures, and responsible for operational results. - Developing service and upselling. - Responsible for safety, fire safety, and the work environment. - Purchases and inventory. - Preparing and serving simple food dishes. - Organizing parties. Most of the work is operational, and you will work together with your team. Skills and Requirements We hope you have practical experience in supervisory roles from previous workplaces. You should have a genuine interest in team leadership and set a good example yourself. Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish and English is required. Experience in the service or restaurant industry, preferably including kitchen work, is considered an advantage. You are a positive team player, and achieving goals is important to you. You need to be organized and able to handle stress, as the work is often fast-paced. The work is partly physically demanding. It is especially important that you enjoy customer interactions and are willing to take responsibility.
