Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist for B2B, a permanent office-based role in the Helsinki metropolitan area with a base in Vantaa. The job involves contacting companies by phone and arranging meetings for our sales representatives on security technology topics. There is a strong interest in security matters among potential clients and we welcome their interest in hearing about our solutions. The specialist will have ready contact information, and calls are expected to be efficient to enable many contacts during the workday. The earnings are typically commission-based, with a monthly salary around 2000–3500 EUR, depending on the number and size of deals closed by the sales team. Work hours are weekdays 8:00–16:00 with flexible scheduling, mainly from the office; occasional remote work is possible. The work environment includes supportive colleagues and regular office moments that drive results. The time available for prospecting is 7.5 hours per day, with daily meeting targets often reached sooner, allowing a flexible end to the day.
