About the Client Our client is an established fintech organization building data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions for the financial services sector. They operate in a fast-paced, highly governed environment and work with globally distributed teams across multiple regions. Role Overview We are looking for a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across technology teams building data, automation, and AI-enabled platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to keep sprint execution consistent, delivery transparent, and risk visible. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, cross-team coordination, and helping teams continuously improve. Responsibilities Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support Agile teams in meeting sprint commitments with predictability and quality Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness, prioritization, and acceptance criteria Coordinate dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and throughput Provide status updates and escalate risks proactively Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams Required Skills and Experience Three to six years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role Experience supporting technology delivery teams in software, data, automation, or AI Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills Experience working within fintech or another regulated financial environment Nice to Have Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM I, PSM II, or equivalent Experience supporting globally distributed or offshore teams Exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath or AI-related initiatives Interview Process Three stages: an initial screening call, a technical and scenario-based interview with the hiring team, and a final conversation with senior stakeholders.
