
Field Service Engineer
Field Service Engineer – High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Represent Oxford Instruments as the senior onsite technical expert supporting High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) semiconductor customers. Deliver installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, process support, customer training, and operational partnership to maximize uptime and production. Responsibilities include System Installation & Commissioning (RIE, CVD, ICP, ICPCVD, ALE, ALD), Preventive & Corrective Maintenance, Customer Engagement & Technical Training, Advanced Troubleshooting, Calibration & System Upgrades. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physics, 3–5 years field service in semiconductor industry, vacuum technologies, RF power components, ability to travel. Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 yearly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physics or related field
- 3–5 years field service in semiconductor industry
- Experience with plasma etch and deposition systems
- Vacuum & RF systems knowledge
- Willingness to travel
