JYP is recruiting restaurant staff for the upcoming season to join the team in fast-paced, event-focused service. Positions include waitstaff, bartenders, cooks, and cashiers, with shifts primarily on game days at LähiTapiola Areena. You will contribute to creating a successful game-day experience for guests in a vibrant, team-oriented environment. We value prior restaurant experience or a willingness to learn, customer service, calm handling of peak times, teamwork, high standards of service, and Finnish language skills (other languages are a plus). Benefits include a supportive team, energetic work environment at the heart of events, flexible shifts (you can work when it suits you or commit to the full season’s game days), valuable experience in the restaurant industry, and a wage depending on experience and skills, at least 11.97–15.04 €/h plus allowances (MARAVA TES).
