The work mainly involves contract-based projects, where we value responsible work attitude, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to complete tasks with high quality within the agreed schedule. Applicants should have electrical installer training, previous experience in electrical installation work, and the ability to work independently. Experience in contract and project work, meticulous workmanship, and teamwork skills are especially appreciated. For the Vaasa unit, bilingualism in Finnish and Swedish is considered an advantage.
