Product Engineer

Your responsibilities Support day-to-day product management activities and product-related projects across the Forming and Dryer Fabrics portfolio. Prepare technical materials, product documentation, and support tools for sales teams and customer-facing activities. Analyze product performance, quality, and operational data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and business impacts. Participate in product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with R&D and laboratory teams. Work closely with production, sales, R&D, and laboratory functions to solve technical and commercial challenges. Support customer-related topics and contribute to initiatives that improve product performance and customer value. Develop expertise across the full value chain, from manufacturing processes to customer applications and market needs. Expectations for you Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges. Positive and proactive attitude toward learning, development, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Interest in technology, manufacturing processes, industrial products, and customer applications. Fluent written and spoken English. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
