Personal Assistant

A mother born in 1968 is looking for a part-time female assistant, approximately 30-50 years old. The work includes assisting the employer in daily activities, household chores (laundry, cleaning, etc.), cooking, handling matters by phone, and assisting in the care and training of dogs and cats (feeding, nail clipping, cleaning litter boxes, brushing, administering medication, etc.). Additionally, the employer requires assistance with all activities outside the home. The employer uses an electric wheelchair and has a speech impairment. Working hours are usually approximately 50h/month, but there will be more hours in September. The work is shift-based, with morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. Occasionally, shifts may be long (10-11 hours). The employer hopes for a proactive, calm, fit, and confident assistant. The assistant should have common sense, situational awareness, a sense of humor, a driver's license, and Finnish as a native language. There is no public transport near the employer's home.
