Learn more about the life of a maintenance technician at Coor here. We are now seeking a TECHNICAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for a site in Helsinki’s Vallila district. Employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 h/week). Start date is by agreement. Shifts are weekdays from 7:00 to 17:00. In this role you will monitor, supervise and regulate technical systems in your area, such as heating, ventilation, water and automation systems. Your responsibilities include locating causes of faults, repairing minor faults and a variety of property maintenance tasks. We also hope you will be on-call when you are familiar with the client site. In addition you need: at least 2–3 years of relevant work experience; good customer service attitude and a proactive approach; a B driving license; a degree relevant to the task is considered an asset. A drug test, background check and a brief security clearance will be performed for the selected candidate.
