In order to join Poolia's network of experts, we need your consent to store and process your personal data. Such data includes, for example, your contact information and the information in your CV, which are included in our applicant database. This ensures that the applicant's profile is available to Poolia's recruiters when they search for candidates for open positions on behalf of our clients. As a job seeker, you will also receive information from us about open positions, e.g., via tip and newsletters. Electronic newsletters have a link from which you can remove your address from the mailing list while the job search remains in force. Tip messages are ordinary emails and do not have a removal link – please inform us if there are changes in your job search so that we can deactivate or delete your profile. There we have collected information about what data we process, for what purposes we use them and how long we store the data. There you will also find information about what rights you have to the data you have given us, and how you can decide how we can use your data. Do you not want to tell us anything sensitive or personal, such as a social security number, ethnic background, sexual orientation, political opinion, health status, religious conviction or trade union? Our principle is that we do not collect or process such data, and therefore we do not encourage you to give such data to us. If however for some reason you decide to share your sensitive personal data, we consider that you have also given us your clear consent, and we assume that you want us to store this data in our applicant database and process it. We also reserve the right to delete all sensitive data in the manner described above without your permission. It is important to us that you feel we value your privacy and that you can trust our way of processing your personal data.
