Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (30h/week) for the Luhta Brand Store in the Mylly shopping center in Raisio. Luhta Brand Store offers a wide range of relaxed options for everyday wear for both women and men. As a Finnish multi-brand store, domesticity forms the basis of our operations. An open-ended Assistant Store Manager position is available at our Luhta Brand Store in the Mylly shopping center in Raisio, with average contract hours of 30h/week. We use a 26-week balancing period. You should have the flexibility to work shifts in the evenings and on weekends. What do we expect from you? In this role, you will perform responsible duties as an Assistant Store Manager and naturally take responsibility for yourself; you are not afraid of challenges or difficult situations that require quick decision-making and taking a guiding role. In the role of Assistant Store Manager, you will participate in managing the store's daily routines, guiding staff, and monitoring sales performance figures. We are looking for an energetic, service-oriented, proactive, and responsible customer service professional. In the salesperson's duties, you will act as a responsible salesperson in customer service, following the chain's customer promise and operational instructions according to customer satisfaction goals.
