Development Lead for the Banking & Channels IT unit, responsible for leading the Customer Platforms & Digital Channels team, guiding daily operations, and driving development. The role combines people leadership in IT with technical contribution to services and solutions development. The team handles sales and customer service systems, customer relationship management systems, internal systems, and the technology powering digital channels, including ongoing service lifecycle and development. You will lead a competent nine-person expert team, removing obstacles, supporting experts, and ensuring the overall system works seamlessly with business units, other IT teams, and vendors. responsibilities include acting as HR-facing supervisor, leading team daily operations and prioritization, ensuring continuous service, stability and SLA adherence for systems under the team, participating in development projects and vendor collaborations, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation and new technologies, and serving as a practical link between business, IT and external partners. You will excel if you have experience leading an expert team or in a supervisory IT role, experience with digital channels, CRM solutions or sales and customer service systems, ability to align business goals with technical solutions, understanding of service management, and willingness to explore AI and automation in IT services and development; strong Finnish and English communication. We value experience in finance or regulated environments, and roles like service manager, product owner, platform owner or similar; a flexible mindset to help shape Aktia’s digital services, CRM solutions and sales/customer service systems futures, and to advance AI/automation in practical work.
